Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage onsite civil engineering activities to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure all site operations comply with local building regulations and safety standards (WSHA).
- Monitor material consumption, resource allocation, and budget expenditure for the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and work quality.
- Resolve technical issues or discrepancies arising on-site promptly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in civil infrastructure or construction projects in Singapore.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse project teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong emphasis on workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
