Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from initial conception and design to final execution and handover.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, soil testing, and feasibility studies for new waste management facilities.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
- Monitor daily construction progress and proactively resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, risk assessments, and financial updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
- Proven working experience (minimum of 3 years) as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or similar role in civil construction.
- Strong proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.
- Excellent understanding of environmental compliance, waste management protocols, and local building codes.
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams, contractors, and government officials.
- Willingness to be based in Iloilo City and travel to various project sites as required.
