Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise all civil works activities for 275kV substation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards on site.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, specifically with high-voltage substation or power utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian engineering standards and construction codes.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly preferred.
