Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with local building codes and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and project schedule timelines.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, procuring materials, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and update comprehensive project reports, progress trackers, and technical documentation.
- Supervise onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure workmanship aligns with engineering design plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and perform troubleshooting to resolve construction-related challenges immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Professional Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in construction project management or site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and structural design software.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Building Codes and safety regulations (DOLE/OSHA standards).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Calamba City, Laguna.
