Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, structural designs, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage project financial budgets, procurement of materials, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff and support team capacity building.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field recognized by the PE Board (if applicable).
- Proven experience in managing civil or infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (preferred for site visits).
