Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil engineering projects
- Analyze tender documents and prepare bid proposals
- Monitor project progress and prepare monthly cost reports
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve measurement discrepancies
- Manage subcontractor invoices and payment certifications
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quantities
- Assist in contract administration and claim management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil quantity surveying
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CAD) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC terms
- Certification in Quantity Surveying is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
