Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate bill of quantities (BQ) and perform detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
- Develop comprehensive project cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering works.
- Conduct thorough tender evaluations, including comparative analysis of contractor bids and pricing structures.
- Implement and monitor cost control systems to prevent budget overruns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage progress claims, verify subcontractor invoices, and prepare monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering departments to ensure materials and labor costs align with budget projections.
- Assess and manage variations, claims, and change orders while maintaining strict documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction management discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, specifically within civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and standard contract forms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail to identify discrepancies in technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and architectural documentation accurately.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
