Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for structural integrity
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budget constraints
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Manage on-site resources including labor, equipment, and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and construction standards
- Certified in First Aid and Safety Management (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
