Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project blueprints and technical standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, quality of materials, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local stakeholders to resolve site-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including daily accomplishment updates and incident logs.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all civil structures meet regulatory requirements and internal company quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the design and planning teams to troubleshoot unforeseen field constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil works, construction management, or site supervision.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards in construction.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cavite City and travel as project needs dictate.
