Zachry Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Designer/Drafter to join our dynamic engineering team in Pasig City. This role is critical in the development of detailed design drawings that support the successful execution of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
As a key member of the CSA department, you will be responsible for translating engineering concepts into precise technical documents. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil, structural, and architectural project scopes using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with lead engineers to ensure design drawings accurately reflect project specifications and structural requirements.
- Produce comprehensive site plans, foundation drawings, structural steel details, and architectural layouts.
- Conduct interdisciplinary coordination checks to identify and resolve design conflicts with piping, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with local and international building codes, as well as client-specific standards.
- Maintain project drawing logs and manage the revision process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and bills of quantities based on completed designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in CSA drafting and design, preferably in the industrial or power sector.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; hands-on experience with Revit or MicroStation is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of structural steel detailing and reinforced concrete design principles.
- Familiarity with the Philippines National Building Code and international standards such as AISC and ACI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex engineering sketches.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
