Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project coordination for complex civil, structural, and architectural infrastructure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes, BCA regulations, and international engineering standards
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between architects, contractors, and government agencies
- Conduct rigorous site inspections, structural analysis, and quality assurance reviews
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimation models
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Implement sustainable design principles and innovative construction methodologies
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and structural analysis software
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and construction standards
