- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations for civil and structural infrastructure projects
- Implement and enforce rigorous QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress assessments, and documentation reviews
- Monitor construction methodologies, safety protocols, and environmental compliance
- Manage project documentation including drawings, reports, and change orders
- Liaise with authorities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/structural construction supervision
- Professional registration (e.g., P.Eng, R.P.E.) with relevant Singaporean authorities
- Proven track record in QA/QC implementation for infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and construction regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software and BIM tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., NEBOSH)
