In this pivotal role, you will utilize your expertise in CAD software to produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models that drive our design projects forward. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for translating complex engineering concepts into clear, accurate visual documentation that serves as the blueprint for construction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed civil and structural technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and architects to interpret design concepts into accurate visual representations.
- Review and verify all drawings for technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and project schedules.
- Update existing drawings to reflect design changes or as-built conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting within the civil or structural engineering sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of engineering standards.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Archicad) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and construction regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
