Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and revise detailed architectural, civil, and structural drawings based on design inputs.
- Translate rough sketches and design drafts into precise 2D/3D technical documentation.
- Ensure all drafting work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with engineers and architects to resolve technical drafting discrepancies.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation according to office standards.
- Support the project team by managing drawing revisions and ensuring timely submission of deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Conduct site visits as required to verify measurements and existing conditions for drafting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a C&S drafting environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of BIM/Revit software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and structural detailing practices.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural plans with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
