Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for various building, precast, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review and approve structural drawings from consultants and contractors
- Stay updated with the latest engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions during construction
- Prepare project documentation including structural reports and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis
- Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and structural standards
- Experience with precast concrete design and construction methods
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Professional registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is preferred
