Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, technical drawings, and documentation in accordance with local building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits to perform inspections and provide technical guidance during the construction phase.
- Utilize industry-standard software to perform structural analysis and modeling.
- Ensure all engineering outputs comply with safety standards, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to meet critical delivery milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a structural engineering role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, or ProtaStructure).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Standard (MS) codes and relevant building bylaws.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Graduate Engineer status with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
