Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural components using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit).
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to ensure design integrity during construction.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications in strict compliance with BCA codes.
- Collaborate closely with architects, planners, and MEP engineers to integrate structural systems seamlessly.
- Perform load calculations, structural modeling, and seismic analysis for diverse building types.
- Review contractor submissions and provide clear technical guidance to resolve design queries.
- Ensure all engineering solutions comply with local safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and tender documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Building Code (BCA) and relevant engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
