Tanggung Jawab
- Perform structural analysis and design for a diverse range of civil and structural projects (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure).
- Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations, technical specifications, and construction drawings in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, M&E engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate design solutions.
- Conduct site inspections, assess construction progress, identify potential issues, and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Assist in or lead the preparation of comprehensive engineering reports, tender documents, and regulatory submissions.
- Utilize industry-standard engineering software for modeling, analysis, and design.
- (For Senior role) Lead project teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
- (For Junior role) Provide support to senior engineers, learn and apply new engineering principles and practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Junior Engineer: 0-2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural design.
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural design in Singapore.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Staad.Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of Eurocodes and Singapore Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- (For Senior role) Proven track record in managing projects and mentoring junior staff.
