Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and design calculations for residential and commercial buildings.
- Review and approve architectural and MEP drawings for structural integrity and compliance.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes and safety regulations (BCA).
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors, to resolve engineering challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
- Strong understanding of BCA (Building and Construction Authority) guidelines and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
