Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze various civil and structural structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Perform structural calculations and use engineering software to model and analyze structural systems
- Review and approve construction plans and engineering documents
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh/junior) or advanced degree (senior)
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in design and calculations
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Relevant work experience (for junior/senior positions)
- Professional engineer license or certification (preferred for senior positions)
