We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Civil Superintendent to oversee field construction operations in Kapangan, Benguet. As the Civil Superintendent, you will act as the primary liaison between project management, subcontractors, and field crews. You will be responsible for maintaining site safety, managing site logistics, and fostering a culture of excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all field construction activities to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Manage site resources, including personnel, heavy equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal productivity and budget adherence.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all workmanship complies with project specifications and structural integrity requirements.
- Provide daily progress reports to project management, highlighting key achievements and potential schedule risks.
- Maintain a safe and compliant job site by strictly adhering to all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and specialized trade partners to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Implement efficient site logistics plans to minimize downtime and project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional License (Civil Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage on-site emergencies and technical challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse construction teams.
