Pesta Pora Abadi is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our field operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering construction and a proven track record of managing site teams. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating between subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to maintain productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential construction issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Manage material inventory and equipment allocation to prevent project delays.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and safety records.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural plans, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using project management software and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project-specific schedules.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
