Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of public infrastructure and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on civil structures, utilities, and public amenities
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting inspection findings, maintenance activities, and repair outcomes
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to implement facility improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for civil maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders during repair and maintenance projects
- Monitor facility performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or civil infrastructure inspection
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and OHS standards
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for structural issues
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for site visits)
- Experience with maintenance management software or reporting systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in outdoor environments
