Tanggung Jawab
- Execute building repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance for hotel facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of structural systems and building components
- Prepare and submit detailed written reports on maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and material usage
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or construction
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for structural and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Valid certification in safety protocols (OSHA or equivalent)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
