- Handle end-to-end claim processing for Cantonese-speaking customers
- Investigate claim details and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (verbal/written)
- Minimum 1 year in claims processing or customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and claim management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate/diploma in business or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
