In this role, you will be the backbone of our promotional claims process, ensuring that all trade marketing activities are accurately documented, verified, and settled in compliance with company policies.
As a Claim Promo Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data by meticulously verifying invoices, promotional evidence, and supporting documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth administrative operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and organize incoming claim documents from regional sales offices and trade partners.
- Perform rigorous verification of invoices, promotional receipts, and photo evidence to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all claim submissions comply with internal promotional policies and financial guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to clarify and rectify incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Maintain a systematic filing and database entry system for all processed claims.
- Prepare periodic reports on claim status, identifying trends or potential areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process related to promotional budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or audit-related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and office software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines during month-end closing.
- Demonstrated integrity and understanding of business process compliance.
