Shopee is seeking a highly organized Claims and Recovery Shift In Charge to join the SPX Express team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. This is a pivotal role within our operations, focusing on the Return To Seller (RTS) process and ensuring that undeliverable or damaged items are handled with precision and care.
As the Shift In Charge, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics operations. You will oversee the end-to-end claims and recovery workflow, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that all recovery targets are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shift operations at the SPX Express facility, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage the Return To Seller (RTS) and Claims workflow, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Monitor recovery rates and identify operational bottlenecks to implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex logistics issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management highlighting key metrics and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or claims processing.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or shift lead role within a manufacturing or transport environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts and overtime when required.
