Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Operate and maintain company vehicles (Class 3 license required) for transportation of tools and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in facility improvement projects as needed
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory requirement)
- Certification in relevant trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
- Clean driving record and responsible driving habits
