People Profilers is a leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore. On behalf of our esteemed client, a prominent player in the beverage distribution industry, we are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Class 4 Driver to join their growing logistics team in Tuas.
This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of a wide range of beverages to retail outlets, supermarkets, and F&B establishments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, guaranteeing timely shipments, accurate collections, and exceptional service levels.
About the Role:
As a Class 4 Driver, you will be the face of the company on the road. Your primary focus will be executing delivery schedules efficiently while adhering strictly to traffic regulations and company protocols. From loading stock at the warehouse to collecting payments and managing returns, your attention to detail and strong work ethic will drive customer satisfaction and operational success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform safe and timely delivery of beverages to various retail outlets and F&B establishments across designated routes in the West region.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Load and unload stock manually or using pallet jacks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments accurately and issue official receipts to customers.
- Adhere strictly to Proof of Delivery (POD) procedures, obtaining necessary signatures and documentation for every consignment.
- Verify delivery manifests against physical stock and report any discrepancies or shortages immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with outlet managers and receiving personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar delivery driving role, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading heavy stock repetitively throughout the shift.
- Forklift license is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Basic numeracy skills for COD collection and payment reconciliation.
