Join our dynamic team at PT ROCKSTAR SPORTS SCHOOL as a Class Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in shaping young athletes' experiences. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our instructors in delivering engaging classes across diverse disciplines including dance, ballet, Broadway-style performances, gymnastics, martial arts, basketball, futsal, and tennis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children and teenagers in a vibrant sports and arts environment, fostering their physical development and creative expression. You'll contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and fun atmosphere where students can thrive. Ideal candidates will have a passion for youth development and hands-on experience in sports/arts education. Whether you're a recent graduate or experienced in coaching, this role provides excellent exposure to multiple disciplines while making a meaningful impact on our students' growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead instructors in preparing and conducting classes for children and teenagers
- Support supervision during training sessions to ensure safety and proper technique
- Help organize and maintain sports equipment, dance studios, and training facilities
- Aid in managing student attendance and progress documentation
- Facilitate communication between instructors, students, and parents
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and motivating learning environment
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate training programs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in at least one sports/arts discipline (dance, martial arts, team sports, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with children/teens
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to actively participate in training sessions
- Ability to multitask and maintain organized learning spaces
- Passion for youth development and sports education
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English beneficial
