Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all assigned areas including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain spotless conditions throughout the facility
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning methods and supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas in accordance with waste management protocols
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory for daily operations
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage and consistent cleaning standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to complete tasks within scheduled shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 15-20 kilograms
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment usage
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
