As a vital part of our operations, you will ensure that our store remains a welcoming, clean, and safe space for all our customers and athletes.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the facility. We value attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping the store organized. The position offers a unique chance to work in a high-energy sports retail setting where your contribution directly impacts the customer experience. We provide a uniform for your comfort and professionalism.
The shift schedule is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, requiring a flexible and hardworking attitude. If you take pride in a clean environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the sales floor, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal areas are clean and organized.
- Organize and straighten merchandise displays to maintain a professional appearance.
- Assist in the general upkeep of store fixtures and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service when interacting with shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 11 hours).
- Willingness to wear the provided uniform (Black pants/dark jeans and covered shoes).
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift light objects.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
