Tanggung Jawab
- Execute specialized cleaning and surface treatment procedures on various substrates.
- Perform thorough mold remediation and surface sanitization protocols.
- Operate professional cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely and effectively.
- Conduct pre-service and post-service quality assessments to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of cleaning supplies in excellent condition.
- Document service activities and report surface condition findings to the management team.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in professional cleaning, janitorial services, or surface restoration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual work for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate applications.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow professional standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
