Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure strict adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage, train, and supervise a team of cleaning personnel, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemical supplies.
  • Address client feedback promptly and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and inventory assessments for management.
  • Ensure all safety and health regulations (DOSH/NIOSH standards) are strictly followed on-site.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility management or industrial cleaning operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse frontline workforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport to travel between sites in Selangor.
