Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and surface disinfection
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies efficiently
- Follow established safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Report maintenance issues or property concerns promptly
- Adhere to company standards for hygiene and environmental care
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable with punctual attendance and work ethic
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices is advantageous
