- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all restaurant public areas including dining rooms, lobbies, and restrooms
- Execute daily cleaning schedules using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities in public facilities
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks during low-traffic periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
