Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all guest rooms meet hotel presentation standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages promptly to management
- Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal room turnovers as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
