- Operate cleanroom production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom regulations
- Accurately record and document production data and quality metrics
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Support production targets by ensuring efficient and accurate operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate is a plus
- Prior experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data recording and documentation
