As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a critical role in testing complex machinery to ensure top-tier quality standards. You will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict safety and contamination protocols. We offer a 12-hour shift schedule (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am) on a 3-4-4-3 rotation, providing a consistent work-life balance structure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of high-precision machinery.
- Maintain strict cleanroom environmental standards and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Execute precise assembly and inspection tasks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality output.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of test results and machine status.
- Participate in periodic machine maintenance and line setup activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 12-hour shift pattern (Day/Night rotation).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hand tools or testing equipment.
- Good physical health and ability to stand/move comfortably in cleanroom attire.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
