Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and process import and export documentation with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customs brokers, internal teams, and clients to resolve clearance issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain organized records of all clearance activities and transaction logs.
- Operate scanning equipment and logistics software systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline clearance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in documentation.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid government ID and readiness to undergo background screening.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
