Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify customs documentation for international shipments
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations and trade policies
- Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and clients to resolve clearance issues
- Maintain accurate records of clearance activities and documentation
- Investigate and resolve customs discrepancies or inspection delays
- Provide real-time clearance status updates to stakeholders
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting import/export procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and documentation
- Proficiency in customs clearance software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in customs brokerage or trade compliance preferred
