Tanggung Jawab
- Process customs declarations accurately and in compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Review shipping documentation to ensure information aligns with manifest data and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with customs authorities, government agencies, and internal operations teams to resolve clearance discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding clearance progress.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the clearance process and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding clearance performance and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
- Strong understanding of HS codes, customs valuation, and local import/export regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate complex logistical software systems.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
