Tanggung Jawab
- Process international shipment documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and customs authorities to resolve clearance delays.
- Verify and classify imported goods in accordance with the Harmonized System (HS) codes.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all clearance activities in the FedEx database.
- Stay updated on changing EU trade laws and local customs policies to ensure continuous compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of duty and tax calculations for processed shipments.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of international logistics and brokerage processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in logistics or brokerage is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective professional communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume documentation tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
