Tanggung Jawab
- Review and process customs entries for international shipments to ensure timely clearance.
- Apply specialized knowledge of EU law and trade regulations to classify goods accurately.
- Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities to resolve queries or inspections.
- Analyze shipping documentation for completeness and accuracy to minimize delays.
- Calculate duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international imports and exports.
- Maintain electronic records and databases in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Communicate status updates and clearance requirements to internal teams and external customers.
- Stay updated on changes in global trade laws and customs procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or international freight forwarding.
- In-depth understanding of EU customs regulations and Harmonized System (HS) codes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized customs clearance software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Professional certification in customs brokerage (KPB) is highly advantageous.
