Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process high-volume clearance documentation with strict attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and clients to resolve clearance-related inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor and update tracking systems to ensure accurate data entry and real-time visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the clearance process and suggest actionable improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough verification of submitted documents to prevent delays and ensure policy adherence.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, clear, and empathetic communication.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on operational throughput for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, logistics, or administrative support role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) to facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new internal database systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
