Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify clearance documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring clearance services
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments to expedite clearance processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to clearance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all clearance transactions and communications
- Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact clearance timelines
- Continuously improve clearance processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their clearance requests
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation systems
- Previous experience in clearance, logistics, or related field is advantageous
