Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customs documentation accurately and efficiently for import and export shipments.
  • Liaise with customs authorities, internal departments, and customers to resolve clearance issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local and international customs regulations and policies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all customs clearance activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding shipment status and customs requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential delays or complications.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve operational targets.

Kualifikasi

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or a related administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document processing.
