Tanggung Jawab
- Review and process clearance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor shift-specific logs to track progress and flag potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Generate periodic reports on clearance performance and shift milestones.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on system enhancements and procedural changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Previous experience in call center, administrative, or clearance-based roles is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to work comfortably during night shift hours.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
