Tanggung Jawab
- Process international shipping documentation in compliance with local customs regulations and FedEx global standards.
- Analyze and resolve clearance discrepancies to prevent shipment delays.
- Communicate effectively with customs authorities, internal teams, and clients regarding clearance status.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry for manifests and declaration forms.
- Monitor and track time-sensitive shipments to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding import/export restrictions and documentation requirements.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on ever-changing international trade laws.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics/freight forwarding is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong keyboarding skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
