Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and report on project status
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Prepare regular progress reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Clerk of Works or similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications in construction management (preferred)
